Happy 20th mth, little boy!! *muacks!!*
This will be my last post on ifonly-simplicity.blogspot.com. Reason being, I'm no longer wishing for simplicity. My life is nothing but simple happiness now (:
Little boy n I had some disagreements on some issues which made me tink he doesnt wan to get married which led mi to reassess my decision of wanting to settle dwn. I told him tt we shdn't talk abt it nw which in turn made him upset cos he thot I don wana marry him. Niwae it's a little complicated misunderstanding cos little did I know, he had alrd planned the perfect start to our beautiful journey together...
I won't delete this blog cos it contains too many precious memories of my past 2 yrs. To share more of my laughter, happiness n joy..please click here frm now on :)

Is d weekend over alrd??? Seems like I jus knocked off not too long ago :( I finali got to watch Get Smart wif little boy on Fri :)
Dono was it cos I watched d trailer too many x, dis show din seem as interesting as I expected =/ Most of d funi/exciting parts haf all been shown on d trailer alrd. Ohoh, u noe tt big big guy in d show is actuali Great Khali frm WWE! I din realise it until little boy pointed out to me :D I'm so proud of him :P *pat on his back* :)
Sat, went to my uncle's hse in d morning to stone while waiting for him to come back wif wedding cakes. Lunchie at 3+ pm wif my parents n giraffe at West Mall Mayim..
Homie for awhile b4 gg out to meet little boy cos he had a bowling event after work n I cld onli meet him for dinnie. We went Popeye's at d airport n I had my nice nice mashed potato...sauce :P
I love d sauce!! It's nt ur normal mashed potato sauce, it has minced meat n dono wat inside, dip d bisctys in it - yumi! :D Poor little boy had to finish d dried up potato for me :P Walked ard awhile den to East Coast Rd for cheesiecake!
I had a rum n rasin cheesecake wif a glass of red wine which I still tink is Chardonnay instd of Merlot =/ He had a chocolate truffle n a can of coke. His choco tgy was too much for me, I had a bite n d choco taste stayed in my mouth for quite some time -.-''' I liked my cake tho, d rasins were quite rummy, yumi :D Homie after tt to watch CSI n slp slp :) Tks dear dear, for bringing me ewhere I wana go even tho u were alrd so tired *hugz*
Woke up ard 9+am dis morn, spent abt 2 hrs figuring out where to go for brunchie n ended up at Vivo watching...
I kinda liked dis show better than Get Smart, prob cos d trailer was not shown so many x b4 :P I like Adam Sandler, I watch all of his shows (: He's dis Israli counter terrorist who faked his own death to come to New York to start afresh as a hair dresser n falls in love. Hilarious show wif lots of coarse language, little boy din like it v.much :P
Cos we onli had a little bite at home b4 d movie, we got hungry v.soon. I had a craving for dim sum so we dec'd to haf lunch at Bosses. Nv been there b4, so try try..
Dey haf dis cute button tgy at e'table, u can jus press if u wan to call for d waiters for orders, bills or water. Quite useful, considering they were seriously under-staffed..
I ordered a cucumber n lime iced tea n it came wif a green luminous stick in it!! So pretty! :D They haf 2 menus, 1 for dim sum n 1 for normal food. Dere were lots of item on each but many were unavailable -.-''' I wanted piggy flour, dohaf. I wanted har gao, oso dohaf =/ Little boy kept laughing at me cos etg I wanted dohaf :(
I've heard some not so gd reviews abt d food here n was quite surprised - they were actuali not too bad! D xiao long baos were full of soupie inside, skin tho a tad hard at d top, d bottom was still rather soft. Tofu was good! It's kinda like tao gee, not so much tofu..d accompanying sauce went well wif d crispiness. Beef brisket noodie was not too bad either. Altho d thickness of d handmade noodie was inconsistent, dey were still flavorful enuff. Turnips were soft n tasted of d broth, beef was soft n tender enuff :)
Dessie was mango pomelo sago wif palm fruit :) I found it quite ok, except tt d pomelo was bitter. Little boy's complaint was tt dere was too little mango in it :P Walked ard, had a drink at Pacific Coffee as we were both v.caffeine deprived den back to his homie for a nap b4 dinnie. Went IMM for a McFlurry wif giraffe dey all after din den homie le.
Better pen off nw cos I noe little boy's waiting for me to finish so tt he can read n go to slp slp :P Nitey nites little 1s :) *waves*

I'm in 1 of my dum dum moods 2dae :( I jus paid $11 to develop 10 4R photies. No, tt's not d dumbest part. D dumbest part is tt little boy jus bot me a brand new set of ink cartridge n photo papers n I can jus print them at home -.-'''
$0.60/piece + $5 cos less dan 50 pieces. I thot it was $0.40 each which was oki cos total abt $0.50 to save myself d trouble of printing them 2nite. When d guy asked $11 frm me, I jus gaf him my card without tinkg. I onli realized wat I did wen I was happily shopping at Mango (got big sale!! :D) n stunned for awhile. I told Janet abt it half hr ago n she's been scolding me since :( Little boy doesn't noe yet, I wonder wat he'll say :P Wat's done canot b undone so heee, don scold me hor, dear dear *poke* :P
Nihoos, hapi tgs :) It's Thursday!! 1 more day to d weekend! Little boy's bringing me to satisfy my Popeye's mashed potato craving dis Sat! Happiness =D Oh oh, I jus rec'd a pic frm a frd on Facebook..

Again, a very hapi hapi father's day to all d dee dees I noe :) We had a family lunchie at Happy Joy restaurant dis afternoon. Sad to say, d standard of the food has dropped :( But grandpapa still had an enjoyable time cos tt restaurant holds many beautiful memories for him :) We ordered a 1.5 kg blueberry cake which tasted wonderful, it was my fave dish. I took a great pic of my grandparents n all their children (i.e. my aunties n uncle) wif all of them smiling so brightly..
Every1 was happy today :) N I reali hope my family will haf many many more hapi meals tgt like tt :) Almost forgot :P Went to watch Kunfu Panda wif little boy after lunchie..
I tink I'm abt 1 of the last few ppl to watch dis show n I'm glad I pulled him to watch wif mi instd of gg to d IT fair d 3rd time :D I cant say d same for him tho :P Reali funi n heart warming :) Worth a watch :) Little boy kept saying he's nice cos he gave up gg to his playground to watch a cartoon wif mi :P Hee, so I have to compliment him tt he reali is v.nice nice :D Tks dear *muacks* (:

I'm not a follower of d television show but looks like I'm gona try to buy d series nw :P Hmm, d story's too long for me to reali say wat it's abt..all I can say is tt dere were funi parts n some touching 1s, esp wen Carrie finali realized she still wans to b wif Mr Big. Awww~~ :)
I kept changing my mind as to where I wana haf din, I tink little boy got a little frustrated wif me :P I've been bugging him abt dis ramen restaurant at Liang Court for abt 2 weeks n he dec'd tt we shd eat dere n get it over n done wif :D
D ramen here is famed for their soup base, which has supp been cooked for 2 days n d noodies r directly imported frm Japan, nowhere else in Spore sells it. They also had a special black pig ramen. I rem trying black pig ribs at my co. CNY lunchie at Lei Garden dis yr n it was reali gd so I ordered it. Little boy had d normal miso ramen n we also got an additional layered pork cutlet :)
We realized both our noodies were different. Mine was d straight type, his was d more "kui kui" curly type 1 tt looked like maggi mee but tasted totali diff. I much prefered his tho..
We both found d ramen here not bad but not as good as wat I've read. But well, to each his own. For a soup which has been boiled for 2 days, it kinda lacked flavor. D soup at Santouka was much better, albeit d saltiness. Walked over to Clarke Quay for a drink at Fashionbar..
The drinks were not v.nice. My strawberry magarita was too sweet n his shirley temple was too diluted ): Nice pl to chill tho, reali comfy seats n not too crowded (it was prob cos too early la). I sudd rem beanie's blog abt a nice nice cakie shop dere. I msged her n her directions were smtg like "erm, u go to Clinic dere n walk ard..I canot rem which street.." It was actuali simply jus BESIDE Clinic -.-'''
We shared a wild strawberry yohgurt cake cos it was d prettiest :) Not bad, strawberries were big n sweet, d yohgurt jelly wif a light vanilla sponge was nice as well (: Homie after tt to cont watching my 法证先锋II. I finished watching all the dvds dere r le :( Haf to wait anor week before d nxt 2 discs r out *sulks* Okie, time to shake little boy awake n go for lunchie! :D Toodles little 1s *waves* :)

Have been blogging much lately, ntg much to blog abt eitr. Work has been reali boring wif an occasional mad rush every nw n den =/ Janet saw an origami box on a mag she was reading n showed it to me. It looked reali pretty so I went Kino to buy pretty paper n spent my afternoon folding them :D
After awhile I got bored so she brot me her kiddos' origami books...
Hahahaa =D Quite fun la :P Nihoos, partly cos of dee dee day pressie, I went City Hall 3x in 4 days -.-''' I was tinkg of wat 2 get dee dee n little boy gaf mi an idea to get him a Tempur seat cushie cos he sits on d chair to look at his shares d whole day..
Tempur is hafg a sale nw - 1 seat cushie is $249, + 1 lumbur support for $369..so we got both :D

But hmm, d 1st day wasnt as crowded as I expected, still got quite a lot of space so cant push ppl :( But to thank me for accompanying him, little boy treated me to a banana split! :D

D crowd was so bad tt ppl canot move at City Link. It was reali d 1st time I've seen tt. We cldnt get to Suntec via City Link n d security guard asked all of us to walk outside instd :P I was frustrated n hungry so I told little boy I dowan le. But he insisted on buying it for me so he ran up to d IT fair himself while I walked ard looking for a dinnie pl. He finali returned wif..
Hehheee :P D big white 1 is a 2gb thumb thumb called Pala-Chan. He's born on 02-02-02, time 22:22 :D My fave no. :) D small pink 1 is a micro-sd card reader called Papu-Chan, his gf. She likes fish n chips :)
Suntec was so crowded I could hardly breathe so we skipped to Millenia Walk to find dinnie instd. Finali dec'd to eat at Raku Zen cos we've alwys passed by it but nv tried b4..
Food was jus alrite, almst everything was too salty. Little boy ordered d grilled corn for me to try but hmm, it's not as nice as d 1 at Nanbantei. No honey taste, I tink dey grilled it wif onli salt. I found d sashimi ok but little boy said it's not fresh enuff. D udon was reali good tho, noodies springy n chewy :)
Hapi day wif little boy (: N he jus got homie frm work. Nappie time n we'll b gg out for movie n ramen later! =D Haf a nice wkend little 1s! *waves*

I'm v.busy watching 法证先锋II but little boy wans me to blog so I'm trying v.hard to multi-task nw :P Had din at Shokudo Pasta 2nite. I wanted to try d pasta here for quite some time le, c if it's comparable to Waraku..
Waaaa, totali canot make it I tell u =/ Not 1 dish was nice except for d salmon which was of a sizable portion. D soupie of little boy's vongole was so spicy he kept perspiring thru out d whole meal :D It was quite funi :P Mushie soup was all cream and no mushie taste at all. Garlic bread came in a bolster-like shape..reali huge but no garlic taste, onli butter -.-''' Pasta was not flavorful enuff, no nice. The food here is reali a far cry frm Waraku. We were in no mood to try their dessies after d meal ):

V.few words n lots of pics 2nite cos I wana slp slp le :P Jus spent an hr editing d photies *cries* Uploading d original pics onto blogger takes 4ever cos d file sizes r v.big but compiling them takes a long time too..I reali dono which 1 is more time saving =/ Niwae, today I went to sit quack quack wif little boy n his collegs!! :D An hr journey on land-sea-land :)

D ride was rather njoyable; I saw a side of Spore I've nv reali noticed b4. There r many beautiful antique-y structures ard City Hall, like d old Supreme Court, Chijmes etc :)
C d bldg behind d trees? Tt's Raffles Hotel. D tour guide told us tt many famous ppl haf stayed dere b4 n dis hotel doesnt haf normal rooms, onli suites..dey cost $500+ - $7k+ per nite :O :O :O She's quite nice nice n friendly, offered to help us take a pic. It was quite funi seeing a petite ger trying to juggle 6 cammies :D
Little boy brot me to sit duckie, I treated him dinnie at a Vietnamese restaurante he wanted to go for some time. It's my 1st time hafg a proper Viet meal oh..
Once we sat dwn, d waitress presented a plate of leaves + bean sprouts + lime + RAW ONIONS!!!!!! The smell!! My goodness!!! Tt was a 60% turned off alrd. Den my seafood noodie came, swamped in a sea of spring onions -.-''' I spent a gd 15 mins picking out e'little piece =/ To add on d final touch to my misery, d mango salad had the vege I hate v.much =/ *faintz* So reali, I cant gif a fair review of d food here. Little boy found everything quite nice tho.
Okie, time to zzz le. Back to workie tmr :( But little boy's off n he'll b hafg breakie n lunchie wif me :D C, dere's alwys a silver lining to every dark cloud ;) Wee! :D Nites little 1s! *turns off lights*
