Hapi Mama's Day to all mommies!!! Hapi bdae to 1 stick!! Wen r u gona bc a mommy? :D
zZzzzzZzzz..isit Sunday alrd???? Where did d weekend go???? =/ Mama's day lunchie at my grandparents' fave dim sum restaurant ytd..
Dis is a traditional dim sum pl, d waitresses go ard pushing steel carts containing pipping hot dim sum n u can jus stop them as dey pass by if u wan d dim sum.
Den they'll put a chop on dis yellow card n after d meal, jus bring d card to cashier n make pymt. My grandparents like dis pl v.much cos d food is nice n cheap. It has my fave phoenix claws too :) Had our fill of dim sum, 2 tables n d total cost was onli ard $250 (: Hehehee :D Went PS wif my aunties n cuz after tt cos I had anor abt 2 hrs b4 my budget date wif beanie. Dey spent a whole hr in John Little!!!! I almst went crazy waiting for them..dono if they stayed longer dan tt cos I left early, dey were still inside -.-'''
Met beanie at ard 1541, I've been standing for abt 2 hrs. Clever tootie wanted to walk to CK Tangs to find her dance teacher. We cldnt find her teacher n I was dying of thirst so we dec'd to go haf a drink at d nearest cafe..
Beanie said she wanted to eat chocolate fondue so okie, we dec'd to haf a dessie. Den I went to c d cakes display n wanted to order chickie pie but she cant eat flour n it cost $6. I thot it'd b more worth it to order d satay which was $8. Dis conversation cont'd for awhile n smhw we thot it'd b a gd idea to eat dinnie at 1630, jus after we finished a v.heavy lunch..
Food was not v.nice n service was bad =/ Don tink we'll go back dere again. Niwae, we spent $45+ rite at d start of our supposedly budget date #.- After our v.v.filling din, we had to rush to Cine for our movie. Show start at 1735, by d time d stupid cashier got us d rite bill n gaf us our change, it was alrd 1735 @.- Den she saw her teacher dwnstairs n we stayed dere for awhile more. In d end, we missed like 15 mins of d show :P
Dis show is nice nice!! Super funi! Dese 3 high school students hired a bodyguard to protect them frm 2 big bullies. Drillbit lied to them that he had military training etc to get d job. Wen his ploy was discovered, d kids hated him n dec'd to face d bullies themselves. Drillbit had d chance to realise his dream n start afresh in Canada but he gaf tt up to help them even tho tt meant having to go to jail for his false identity.
To Clarke Quay after tt, beanie made me buy dis fluffy bread tt she said is v.v.nice. Not onli tt, she force fed me 2 of it wen I was still v.v.full =/ Niwae it's not bad, I poked it abit n it reali is quite fluffy :D
Met her colleg Zainal, who likes bowling n it's his hobby now, for drinks at Arena. Cover was $28 for gers n dere's free flow cocktails frm 10pm-1am. Went in at 9+ so we ordered a bottle of Shiraz 1st. Little boy was picking me up at 2230 so I onli had time for 1 cocktail. Dey said free flow but dere were onli..
Tho dis was far frm a budget date, we had a fun day :D Little boy picked mi up after he knocked off n we went Tiong Bahru for suppie! :D I had a craving for porrie..
Homie after tt, v.tired n kinda drunk. Wonder hw much more did beanie n her colleg Zainal, who likes bowling n it's his hobby now, drink after I left. Hmmm...
