Blogger is driving mi crazy!! I can onli upload 1 pic at a time n it took mi 2 hrs 2 upload all dese photies!!!! ~!#@#%$ I wana slp slp but little boy said I haf 2 blog so here I m typing away while he is lying on d floor beside me, dreaming abt dinnie -.-
Nihoos, Mother Nature has been a little eratic 2dae, she cant decide if she wans to b wet or dry. It has rained n stopped at least 6x since I woke up at 8am -.-''' Needless 2 say, it made our zoo trip a tad frustrating =/
Dee dee got us some free tix so we all went 2 d zoo dis morn :) Din manage 2 take any nice pics of d animals cos for some reason, d batt was not in my cam -.-''' Soooo, dis is abt d nicest pic we cld get, in danger of d monkey jumping on little boy's head wen he went so close 2 snap it :P
Dere arent many changes since d last time we were dere abt less dan a yr ago. D animals still look d same, prob jus a yr older nw :P Dey haf a new show, well new to mi cos I din c b4, in d Splash Safari or smtg. Dere were pengys, d same otter n walrus, 2 pelicans n a bunch of dono wat water mammals which looked like giant sotongs to me.
D pics look d same but hehe, chk out d backgrds n u'll realize dey r diff..n each pic has a guy wif diff funi expressions :P Left after abt 2 hrs cos dere was ntg much else 2 c n d drizzle-no drizzle weather was quite irritating. My parents went homie n little boy n I went 2 search for Mandai Garden :)
I read abt dis pl a few mths ago, thot d ambience n food looked rather nice n haf been askin little boy to bring mi here :) Dere's a restaurant in d garden called Vanilla Pod..
Dere's indoor n outdoor seating, outdoor wld b nice if it's windy but it was humid jus nw so we chose indoors. We were sitted in dis greenhouse-like pl, wif a scenic view of a little fountain jus outside d glass window. It's a reali gd pl for brunch or jus 2 drink tea n relax cos d surrounding feels v.peaceful..
We alrd had brunch in d zoo (a plate of vege mifen cost $7.50!!!!) so we ordered onli some muchies to bite. Anne black crabmeat salad n a orange & lemon flavored crepe wif banana, strawberries n ice cream :) D salad was nice, wif 3 big slices of smoked salmon, cod roe n sweet oranges. Dey certainly werent stingy wif d crabmeat, which was good cos little boy loves crab. I liked d crepe cos it was warm, mixed wif d cold ice cream..mmm~ Nt 2 sweet oso cos it was a tinge sour frm d lemon :)
Went 4 a walk in d orchid garden after finishing our drinks. If u r jus gg dere 2 visit d garden, admission is $3.50 but if u eat dere, u can roam ard for free :D
I nv knew dere were so many varieties of orchids!! D whole garden looked reali pretty cos dere were so many diff colored orchids growing dere :)
Homie after tt, little boy's so tired :( The parents r gg out for wedding dinnie so dinner's on our own 2nite. Shall let him slp slp awhile b4 cooking dinnie later :) My baby's fast aslp hugging my bolstie :) Looking at him, I cant help smiling :) He's so cute *pinch pinch, hapi sigh* :)
