Wkend's over in a flash n it's back 2 workie tmr again :'( Time spent wif little boy is nv enuff. He finali rem to bring me to Popeyes ytd! :D
I find d chickie oki la, nt fantastic, or mb I don reali like fried chickie 2 start wif :P I loved d mashed potato n cajun fries tho :) My prawn burgie was nice but a wee bit tiny. D buttermilk bistys - yum! A little saltish frm d butter but nt too creamy :) Made a delivery 2 my cuz n grandpapa den drove my mom n aunt 2 Expo b4 zipping dwn d expressway 2 Vivi! Relaxed abit at Pacific Coffee b4 our moowee..
We were browsing thru d interior design mags to c hw 2 furnish our perhaps near future new house ;) I gaf little boy a list of some shows I want 2 watch, he logged on to GV webbie, matched d timings n immediately booked 2 shows ("v")
I wanted 2 watch dis show cos of Julia Roberts. She's my 2nd fave Hollywood actress, after Jen Aniston :) Story's abt hw USA helped Afaghanistan in a war against..I tink Iraq?? I din reali understand d whole show cos it was kinda dry but still interesting enuff to keep me awake thru'out :P Hopped out, bot some snacks n hopped in2 d nxt show :D
Dis is more my kind of show! Matthew McConaughey is cutee!! :P He tried 2 stop his wife frm divorcing him but was 1 step 2 late. In a twist of fate, dey went on a treasure hunt tgt n she realized hw much he loves her n married him again. N of cos, dey found d treasure :)
Little boy wanted 2 bring me 2 a rather famous meat bone tea at Rangoon Rd. After turning in circles, we finali found d pl but it was closed :P I sugg Balestier since we were alrd so near n he set d GPS again 2 find d otr rather famous meat bone tea at Balestier..
Tkfully d pl was somewhere near d start of d road so it wasnt tt hard to locate :P Finali had our dinnie at almst 10 pm :) Homie after tt to watch some tv n slp slp -.-zzz
Hw many guys u noe will happily drive deir gfs frm 1 end of d ctry to d otr jus cos d v.silly her said, "wun it b nice to haf coffee n eat chickie pies here 1 afternoon?" N dis is after dey've alrd been tgt for more dan a yr :P Hee, my little boy is 1 of d rare species. He drove me to White Sands dis afternoon to haf chickie pie for brunchie :D
To d Natas fair after tt cos we wanted 2 collect some brochures for trippies. D crowd was still managable, compared to d IT n JL fairs -_- Collected 2 big bags of booklets, pamphlets etc...lugged them all d way back 2 White Sands n off we gooo to Holiday Inn for dinnie! :D I made dis reservation wks b4, dey din haf any vacancy til 2dae n I 4got all abt it :P Luckily d restaurant called me 2dae to recfm my booking, we had planned 2 go East Coast 4 dinnie le :P Little boy cldnt stop laughing at my 4getfulness :P
Food was alrite, ntg exceptionally nice n not many dessie choices. D red wine was gd tho; I tink dis is d most I've ever gotten for a glass of house pour :P Almst ¾ of d glass! Nice!!! :D Got a little high n he had a hard time tryin 2 calm mi dwn :D Homie after tt..
Reached home, I went to bathe n he had fun sorting out all d brochures for diff countries..n dere reali were A LOT!
I sudd recalled a funi conversation we had at d fair..
Me: Y u take Australia 1? Little boy: I'm planning my honeymoon :) Me: Ohh? Ur wife wana go Australia? Little boy: 1 of d options ma, u don wana go?? Me: Errr, don u tink ur wife wld wana go smwhere she hasnt gone b4..?
