I'm dead tired but I wana put a post on dis date :)
Jus wen I thot he has done etg he can to prove he's d sweetest guy in d world, he outdid himself again. Wen he picked mi up, dere was a cute tatty bear bear sitting bs my seat :D Wif a little photie of us in d frame :)
All d way to d dinnie venue, he still refused to reveal d location :P But I guessed it! Sentosa! :D We went to Nogawa at Sentosa Golf Club, same pl as our Xmas dinnie pl, Il Lido. A few wks back, he let slip tt he's bringing me 2 a Jap pl 4 vdae but after tt he said he changed his mind 2 throw me off guard :P
Hafg nv had a proper authentic Jap meal tgt b4, he dec'd 2 bring me to 1 of d best Jap restaurants in Sg for vdae din :) Etg was ... I dono wat words can b used 2 describe hw delicious d food was..
We ordered 2 set meals. V.cute de, deir set budget is $120 - $200, u tell them ur budget n dey will prepare d food 4 u. It was an obvious choice cos d menu was 2 complicated 4 mi 2 choose wat I wana eat -.-
Sashimi platter..
Sashimi fresh like anything. I cld almst feel d salmon swimming inside my tummy after swallowing it :P Nxt were dese totali amazing soups..
D smaller bowl is foie gras!!! D bigger 1 is tuna belly. D soupie of foie gras was so fragrant tt I turned d bowl upside dwn to finish e'drop :P Tuna belly was soft n melts in ur mouth~ 2 big fishies were placed rite in frnt of us nxt..
Little boy said I shd b hapi cos 4 once, I can haf d whole fishie 2 myself :P Both fishies were fresh n skin was crunchy. D onli tg left on our plates were d bones. Den came dese 2 pretty bowls..
Even deir vege is so exotic! Munching on d bamboos, I cldnt help tinkg if all bamboos tasted like dis, I reali wldnt mind being a panda :P I din reali like d nxt 2 dishes tho..
D 1st pic is eggplant wif a sweet sauce on it. I don like eggplant so I din even try it. 2nd 1 is some mixed tempura tgy which had lots of spring onions in it, anor tg I hate -.-''' By d nxt dish, we cld barely take 1 more bite..but d mixed sushi looked 2 hard 2 resist..
Picked a few pieces here n dere n had 2 leave d rest. Little boy said he almst wanted 2 puke alrd :D He even wanted 2 gif up d dessies n jus ask 4 d bill str8 :P Tk gdness he din!! Look at d pretty dessies!!
Big juicy strawberries! So so sweet!!!! :D :D :D His was some chilled citrus fruit wif ice cream in d middle. It was 2 cold 4 my teeth but little boy was swooning at d 1st bite :D Tt was d end of our reeeali sumptuous dinnie..n it's by far d most exp din I've ever had for 2 ppl. Even tho d quality of d food more dan justifys d price, I don tink I'll b dining dere on a regular basis :P We agreed on no pressies, so he spent it all on d dinnie -.- :P
Walked ard d halls for awhile, took a few pictys. Dey had pretty displays of flowers dere :)
Met dis nice old couple n their parents who offered to take a photie 4 us. D guy said we make "a handsome couple" n asked if we were married :P Cute little old man :) Walked back 2 d car, d golf course is reali beautiful at nite..
Homie after tt. Reached hm ard 11pm n we put d flowies in2 my Erdinger glasses :) Nw I shall patiently wait 4 d remaining 4 to bloom :) Spkg of d flowies, little boy thot he made a mistake in d order n panicked wen he saw no record on d webbie :P He rushed all over d pl 2 find a bouquet during lunchie but hees, as fate wld haf it..d order was made n d bouquet was still sent to my office! :D He told me d photie frame on d bear is special oh, so wen I came hm, I took it out 2 c..
He printed out 9 small photies of us n stuffed it inside!! I can change d display pics myself :D Sighs, he's so wonderful..he's reali reali so wonderful. Tks 4 etg, my sweet sweet little boy. I love u, forever~ *muacks* :)
