We din catch 2 movies ytd as planned cos little boy was lazy after washing car car :P Soooo, after a little nappie, we went out 4 dinnie at Brussel Sprouts (: I love Robertson Walk in d evening..looks reali peaceful. It's a great dating pl cos dere r many nice restaurants dere n u can go 4 a romantic walk along d riverside under d moonlight after eating :)
For some funi reason, he had a craving 4 a "cherry" beer n d waitress recommended dis Timmermans beer..
Reali cheery-ie indeed :) Nice! I saw dis warm salad tgy on d menu n dec'd 2 try c if it's comparable 2 d 1 at Pier 11..
Nah, it din even come close. Had d Vin Blanc mussels, anor 1 of d waitress's recommendations..
Yumi!! D soup had a v.distinct white wine taste, I used it as a dip 4 etg, even d fries :P Seriously, I dono y dey gif free flow fries wen almst etg else came wif fries as a side -.-''' N we cldnt even finish half of d bowl dey gaf us. Den we shared dis rosemary chicky wif red wine sauce..
Quite normal, I cldnt taste any red wine =/ Dessert was a berry crumble tgy which was delicious! D crust was sweet wif sour berries. It was a nice contrast but I din like d ice cream cos it tasted like cinnamon @.-
After din, he walked wif me to Clarke Quay 2 mt beanie. Look at d backdrop..tt pl is reali nice (: But d flash made our faces look way 2 white =/ Hee, dear dear's bdae dinnie pl is gona b dere too :D
My evening drink wif beanie turned out 2 b hell of an adventure. As I was quite sick of Pump Room n dec'd 2 b adventurous n go try dis Scottish pub bs it -Highlander. Tt was smtg I'd regret later in d nite.
Dey had deir own brewery as well n d beer, tho nt fantastic was still alrite. I had d lager n beanie had d ale..
Since we cldnt dec wat 2 order, we got d Highlander Platter, which had almst all of d wee bites in it..
Looks reali good hor?? Totali s.u.c.k.s. I tell u. Ntg on d plate was edible except 4 d wedges =/ D rest r...I don even noe hw 2 describe d taste =/ As if tt wasnt bad enuff, sudd 4 or 5 ang mohs wif Santa hats came staggering in2 d resturant n sat at d table nxt 2 us. Dey started singing or rather, screaming, Xmas carols in d loudest voices possible. 1 of them started 2 tok 2 us n took 1 of d onli edible tg on our plate - d wedges, which promptly invited d otr 2 guys 2 come over n started tokg 2 us as well -_____-''' Place was 2 dark, beer was jus so-so, food tasted weird, funi ang mohs who wldnt go away..beanie used her hp 2 text me "Can things get any worse??"
It's as if dis woman is a fortune teller. Rite after I finished readin tt sentence, abt anor 10 ang mohs came streaming in!!!! N dey all joined in d screaming carols n started throwing tgs ard! *FAINTZZZ* I almst wanted 2 box her 4 askin tt qn, mb if she din ask dey wldnt come in :P After tt dey disappeared 2 d dance floor n we thot we finali haf some peace but nt long later, 3 of them returned wif 2 Santa hats n insisted tt we haf 2 wear n take pics wif them @.-'''
2 of them wanted 2 come in2 d pic but d guy who was takin pic din wana include them so d pic turned out like tt :P We wanted 2 return them d hats later but dey've disappeared so we were stuck wif d hats -_-
I brot mine home 4 my dad :P After d v.happening drink, beanie went off 2 mt her frds n I went Vivi wif little boy 2 watch Goldie Compass :)
Nice show!! I loved etg abt it - d cast, d polar bears, d witches, d little animals etc. D plot was mystical yet kinda realistic. Front part may b abit boring but as d stroy goes, it got interesting. Def worth a watch. I'm waitin 4 part 2 :)
2dae was an easy n relaxing day. Had a craving 4 Kenny Rogers so we went GWC 2 mum mum (: My ocassional sin :P
I love d side dishes! D chickie is nt reali nice but I don mind gg dere jus 4 d corn muffies n sides (: Walked ard abit after tt n dere was dis funi conversation btn me n little boy b4 watching The Hitman..

I felt like I was in d video game -.-''' Lots of senseless shooting n explosions thru out d whole show. He's a professional hitman n was hired 2 kill sm1 but was double crossed by his employer..smtg like tt la :P
