Hapi New Yr's Eve!!!! :D
Time chk - 0258. Jus back frm Bar None. Mt a few ex-collegs n my little boy 4 a couple of drinks n dance..2 celebrate New Yr's eve.
As 2006 comes 2 a close, it's time 4 mi 2 do my reflections again. Had steamboat din at my aunt's pl last evening. Was looking ard at d ppl who r called my family. My dearest gdma looks weaker by d day. I reali wished dere was smtg I cld do 4 her, 2 mk her e'step a little less tedious, 2 mk her e'mouthful of food a little less hard 2 chew. But dere's ntg I can do 2 help ease her weariness, onli providing her laughter wif my crappiness. Her smile is still dazzling, a reflection of d beauty she was in her younger days.
I haf a little cuz who's abt 1+ yr old. She's an exact replica of hw I looked wen I was her age. E1 was pondering if she'll look like mi nw wen she's 23. N I thot, wen she's 23, I'd b 45. It's freaky 2 tink of myself tt old. But time reali flies wen u don notice.
Do u haf d feeling tt dis yr passed especially fast? I do. It seems like jus ytd, I 1st stepped foot in2 Oc n b4 I noe it, it's more dan a yr later n I'm alrd out of dere. So many tgs happened dis yr n created many wonderful mems 4 mi. Made many reali gd frds, ppl I noe I'll wan 2 kp in my life 4ever.
N of cos, nearing 2 d end of d yr, God dec'd 2 send me an angel 2 start loving n caring 4 mi til d end of my life. It's a miracle tt I nv expected, a person I nv thot I'd b entrusting my life 2. Tks darling, 4 taking d risk 2 love sm1 as complicated as me, n 4 doin it so well. N eday I thk my lucky stars..4 gifg mi a last chance 2 experience wat love is n hw beautiful it can b.
Of cos, comin wif tt, I've 2 gif up my carefree ways as I haf sm1's feelings 2 b mindful of nw. I may nt b d perfect ger in many ways but dear, hope u noe hw much u mean 2 mi n I'll do etg I can 2 protect d heart tt u've entrusted 2 mi.
I dono wat d new yr has in store 4 mi. Apparently dis comin yr is nt a fantastic yr 4 ppl born in d yr of pig. But watever it is, I'm sure at d blink of an eye, I'll b writing my thots 4 2007 :P No more resolutions dis yr; all I hope 4 is tt d ppl who r in my life nw, will stay in it 4 d nxt yr. D sky's finali tired of cryin but d wind's still gg strong. Doesn't feel v.New Yr's-sy dis yr. Wonder y.
Met 1 stick 4 lunch & shopping ytd den came hm 2 change n went Bukit Timah 4 car servicing wif dear dear. Stoned in dis reali reali cold room 4 2 hrs, surfing net n watching tv while waiting 4 d servicing 2 b done. Sweety sent me 2 town 2 mt my aunt dey all 4 din after tt.
Went Clarke Quay wif 1 stick at nite, wanted 2 chk out Kandibar. Den we realised tt pl's nt a club, more of a chill-out pl. We wanted a pl 2 dance so dec'd 2 go Clinic instd. Crowd's nt rite, came out after an hr 2 go MOS wif my little boy. Sighs, smtimes new tgs r nt necessarily better..safer 2 stick 2 wat u r familiar wif :P
Supper @ d usual Ba Kut Teh pl at MS, den homie le. By d time I was in bed, it was almst 5am..wheez, tired. But I noe my darling was even more tired cos he had 2 go back office early ytd morn. Tks sweety (:

Super gd day 2 slp. Tink I'm gona use dis whole rainy wk 2 catch up on my slp :P Din wif Di @ Wisma Ding Tai Feng, shopping n den movie at Cine.
Story's pretty interesting, tho overly exaggerated n front part's a little 2 boring. It's abt hw dis ATP agent used technology 2 help him go back in2 d past 2 stop a terrorist attack n save d woman he loves.
Dis show got me tinkg. If u cld go back 2 ytd, wat'd u haf done differently? 4 days 6 hrs ago? A yr ago? 2 yrs ago? Me - I don haf any regrets cos etg tt happened 2 mi in d past led me 2 wat I haf nw, which I cant complain n m quite satisfied wif. Prolly I jus wldn't haf been so kind n considerate 2 certain ppl who reali jus don deserve it. But ah well.. *shrugs*

Dono isit cos of d rain or d uncertainty stepping in2 new yr's. D rain's been pouring mercilessly d past couple of hrs. On d way hm jus nw, I pretended 2 b aslp but was actuali peekg at my little boy driving ever so carefully in d downpour. He looked so tired, plus he was sick. Yet he insists on sending me home. I was a little upset wif him 4 being late w/o tellin mi but lookg at him..my heart jus melted.
I've alwys thot I noe wat I shd or shd'nt do..but smhw, nw..do I reali? Sighs..tink it muz b d rain.

Show's pretty interesting. But well, wif such a grand casting, who'd expect nitg less? A woman's love 4 d wrong man. A son's love 4 his mother. A man's struggle to upkeep wat he regards as natural cycle. A bloody battle 2 test men's weaknesses n loyalties. In d end, I cant determine if dere's any winner cos even if dere was, d price was too high 2 pay. D color theme of d whole show was beautiful n yea, plenty of cleavage :P

HOHOHO!! MERRY XMAS EVERYBODY!!!
Xmas is beautiful. Xmas eve is beautiful. Fake snow is beautiful. He's beautiful. Our love is beautiful. Had d best Xmas eve in my whole life last nite. Dis is all attributed 2 my 1 & only love.

Ppl alwys say tt d best frds u mk in ur life r frm sch, nv frm work. I used 2 haf tt stereotyped mindset 2. Ytd was my last day at wk..n smhw I realised, actuali tt's nt d least bit true at all.
During d past yr, I've seen so many of my buddies leave, n ytd, it was finali my turn. I dono hw I m feeling nw. Hapi or sad? Prolly a little of both. Hapi cos I m finali out of tt place, sad cos..well, dere's jus 2 many memories.
Tho d work kinda sucked (n big time, I mite add), it did help me re-gain my life after a horrible nitemare n I made many gd frds during my 1 yr+ stay dere..frm Ter, Di n Car to Nic n Brose to Jac n Clint.
I definitely wun miss d job, nor sm ppl tt I reali don wish 2 c or hear frm again but I'll reali miss a few of my collegs, esp my 2 fave boys..
